When it comes to Leasing, I will actively promote your property, enthusiastically show it to qualified applicants,  and collect one month's deposit, that is held by owner. You decide how much involvement you wish to have in the approval process.

Angela Squitieri Property Management - professionally manages your property for you. I will keep a watchful eye on both the property and the occupant day after day, month after month, collect rent, deposits and debts. I will also handle the tenant's calls and make sure maintenance is provided in a speedy yet economical manner. Also, no marked up maintenance fees are added. Finally, once a month you will receive an itemized Reconciliation statement with all the proceeds and receipts.
