You must give 45 days (minimum) notice as of the first unless otherwise stated in your lease.  You must provide a move out date and a forwarding address for all occupants who have signed the lease for a deposit return.  You must fax this to my office Attn: Angela Squitieri 972-450-3450

All Utilities and yard care (including watering) must continue until last day of your lease term.  DO NOT terminate the utility services they must be TRANSFERRED into owner’s name.
